I urge you to take decisive action to end gender-based wage discrimination by passing A5308 (Crespo) & S3692A (Carlucci), which would ban employers from asking about, or relying on, salary history to set salary pay rates. This practice persistently discriminates against women, especially women of color, who historically earn lower salaries than men throughout their careers.
