Our New York City Councilmembers, New York State Senators and Assemblymembers have the opportunity to act now in support of NYC Int 808-A OR NYS A5906/S5990 These bills will amend our current equal pay laws and will create real pay transparency by requiring job postings to: reveal ALL forms of compensation, include job descriptions, stop overly broad salary ranges, and also apply to current employees!

Especially now, with prices for essentials skyrocketing and federal rollbacks, our leaders must do more to ensure women’s contributions to our economy and workforce are valued and fairly compensated!
