A disturbing reality spotlighted on Equal Pay Day is that depending on race and ethnicity, full-time working women in New York will earn between $16,803 and $34,059 less this year, as compared to white, non-Hispanic men.This lost revenue continues to undermine the economic security and well-being of women, families and our community.
