Send a letter to ask your New York leaders to take tangible action to address historic wage inequality by tackling the root causes of the wage gap. To do that, New York must value women’s work by addressing the insufficient pay of care workers and other low wage earners. That is possible and within their power by agreeing to substantial increases for these workers in the 2024 budget.
